What if my bulk order doesn’t match my sample?
We remake it. Your approved sample is the standard we check every order against, and you get photos and video of your actual boxes before anything ships.
Are the samples really free?
Yes. The samples are free — you only cover the shipping cost.
I don’t have a design or dieline yet. Can you help?
Yes. Send us your product size and we’ll work out the structure, the dieline and a free 3D mockup with you.
What’s the minimum order?
Every box is custom-made. Simple printed folding cartons start from 300 pcs; rigid, magnetic and finished boxes, mailer boxes and paper bags from 500 pcs per design. We don’t sell ready-made stock boxes.
How long will my order take?
3D mockup in about 7 days, physical sample in 7–14 days, and production in about 15 days after you approve — plus shipping.
Can you deliver to my door with duties paid?
Yes. We ship DDP to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia, so there are no surprise fees at your door.
Do you offer eco-friendly options?
Yes. We are FSC certified and offer recycled papers, soy-based inks and plastic-free inserts.
