What is the minimum order for jewelry boxes?
500 pcs per design. Every box is made to order — we don’t sell ready-made stock boxes.
Can I mix ring, necklace and bracelet boxes in one order?
Yes. Most brands order a matching set of sizes. Each size has its own minimum, and we keep paper, color and foil consistent across them.
Which insert should I choose?
Velvet feels classic and soft; paper and card inserts are plastic-free and modern. We can send samples of both.
What if my bulk order doesn’t match my sample?
We remake it. Your approved sample is the standard we check every order against, and you get photos and video of your actual boxes before anything ships.

Yes. Samples are free — you only cover the shipping cost. See how samples work.
How long does an order take?
A 3D mockup takes about 7 days, a physical sample 7–14 days, and production about 15 days after you approve the sample — plus shipping.
Can you deliver duties paid?
Yes. We ship DDP to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia, so there are no surprise fees at your door.
