What is the minimum order?
500 pcs per design. A design is one size, paper and print; a set of ring, necklace and bracelet boxes is three designs.
Do you sell ready-made stock boxes?
No. Every box is made to order for your brand — your size, paper, insert and logo.
How does the price change with quantity?
Set-up costs are spread over more boxes as quantity grows, so the unit price drops. Ask for two or three quantity tiers in your quote.
What if my bulk order doesn’t match my sample?
We remake it. Your approved sample is the standard we check every order against, and you get photos and video of your actual boxes before anything ships.
Are samples free?
Yes. Samples are free — you only cover the shipping cost. See how samples work.
How long does an order take?
A 3D mockup takes about 7 days, a physical sample 7–14 days, and production about 15 days after you approve the sample — plus shipping.
Can you deliver duties paid?
Yes. We ship DDP to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia, so there are no surprise fees at your door.
