Questions you might have.
Do I have to order every item?
No. Pick only the pieces you need — many brands start with the box and a sticker, then add tissue and cards later.
Do all items have the same minimum?
No. Each item has its own minimum depending on the material and print method. Jin will list them clearly in your quote.
Will the colors match across different materials?
We match every item to your Pantone and show you samples together before production. Small differences between materials (for example paper vs. tissue) are normal, and we keep them as close as possible.
Can you deliver duties paid?
Yes. We ship DDP to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia, so there are no surprise fees at your door.
Are samples free?
Yes. Samples are free — you only cover the shipping cost. See how samples work.
How long does an order take?
A 3D mockup takes about 7 days, a physical sample 7–14 days, and production about 15 days after you approve the sample — plus shipping.
