Questions you might have.
Are the samples really free?
Yes. The samples themselves are free. You only pay the courier cost to your address.
What will I receive?
Samples picked for what you’re packaging: box styles that suit your product, specialty paper swatches and finish samples (foil, emboss, deboss and more). Tell us your brand colors and we’ll match where we can.
Can I get a sample of my own design?
Yes — that’s a custom production sample. We make it with your size, paper, finish and artwork in 7–14 days after you approve the 3D mockup. It becomes the standard your bulk order is checked against.
How long does it take to arrive?
Stock samples usually ship within a few days of your request; custom production samples take 7–14 days to make. Courier time depends on your country.
Why does the sample matter so much?
Your approved sample is our promise: if your bulk order doesn’t match it, we remake it free.
