What vial sizes can you pack?
Any size. Most discovery sets use 1–2 ml or 5 ml vials, but we cut the insert to your exact vial. Send us the vial dimensions or a sample vial.
How many vials can one box hold?
Usually 3 to 10. We can also make a single-vial card or carton for gift-with-purchase.
What is the minimum order?
Simple printed cartons start from 300 pcs. Rigid drawer boxes and magnetic boxes start from 500 pcs per design.
What if my bulk order doesn’t match my sample?
We remake it. Your approved sample is the standard we check every order against, and you get photos and video of your actual boxes before anything ships.

How long does an order take?
A 3D mockup takes about 7 days, a physical sample 7–14 days, and production about 15 days after you approve the sample — plus shipping.
Can you deliver duties paid?
