What is the minimum order for rigid boxes?
500 pcs per design.
Rigid boxes are bulky — how do you keep shipping costs down?
For larger orders, ask about our collapsible magnetic boxes: they keep the rigid feel but ship flat.
How thick is the board?
We choose the grey board thickness for your box size and product weight, and you feel it on your sample before bulk.
I don’t have a dieline or design yet. Can you help?
Yes. Send us your product size and we’ll work out the structure and dieline with you and send a free 3D mockup with your artwork.
What if my bulk order doesn’t match my sample?
We remake it. Your approved sample is the standard we check every order against, and you get photos and video of your actual boxes before anything ships.

How long does an order take?
A 3D mockup takes about 7 days, a physical sample 7–14 days, and production about 15 days after you approve the sample — plus shipping.
